3 weeks prior to arrival: 20 % of the total amount
2 weeks prior to arrival: 30 % of the total amount
1 week prior to arrival: 50 % of the total amount
3 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the total amount
later than 3 days prior: 100 % of the total amount
